STORM OF THE CENTURY
After years with New York's electro-modern rockers Bulletproof Messenger, guitarist Scott Martin picked up the acoustic and got back in touch
with his singer-songwriter roots. After crafting a carefully curated collection of tunes, he called upon his good friend and drummer David
Wasserman to help develop the new material alongside several other hometown comrades. In a short span of time, the formerly acoustic
side-project would transform into a full-fledged rock band under the moniker “Storm of the Century”, delivering a big, guitar-driven sound
filled with sonic influences from the likes of R.E.M., Brand New, and U2. With a full set of songs and a solid lineup, the band hit the live
circuit, playing venues throughout the New York Metropolitan area several times a month, tweaking their sound and refining their act.
Their rich, colorful rock sound and solid performances helped them garner excellent live reviews as well as a feature in The New York Times.
